Complaints and Appeals

VETEA Open Colleges has a Complaints and Appeals procedure to provide students with a fair and equitable process for resolving any disputes or complaints they may have. The dispute resolution procedure includes that an independent mediator can be appointed, at the expense of the student, if the student is dissatisfied with the resolution proposed by the college. All parties are advised of the appeal process.


  1. If the applicant chooses to go through the internal or external complaints and appeal, this is done by a case-by-case scenario.
  2. If a complaint or appeal takes longer than 60 days to resolve the student will be notified in writing and updated regularly.
